The First Annual
GARY ALBRIGHT MEMORIAL
Was A Huge Success!
A large crowd witnessed history in the making
at the Allentown Fairgrounds!
Stars of wrestling from all over the world came together to pay tribute to, and honor the memory of, the late Gary Albright.
All of the wrestling greats donated their time and efforts in a fundraising effort to benefit the widow and children of this loved and respected man.
Many of the wrestlers, including Rob Van Dam, were on hand to greet the fans as the doors opened at 5:00 pm and were available for photographs and autographs.
Special Appearance by THE ROCK!
The WWF's "People's Champion", THE ROCK, appeared at the WILD SAMOAN TRAINING CENTER in Allentown, PA, from noon to 3:00 pm. The first 500 people got their picture taken with THE ROCK and received one general admission ticket to the event for only $50. All proceeds went to the family of Gary "Air" Albright.
